Entry-Level Hiring Sprint Service

A managed hiring service that helps employers replace experience inflation with work-sample screening and structured onboarding.

"Look, maybe it’s just that the country we live in is different. But in mine, there’s something called a vocational training program (FP). It’s basically a two-year public program where you can learn the more practical side of working as a programmer. There are programs for systems administration, AI, web development, and so on. And people who complete these programs are realizing that they can't find jobs because the job market is full of people with programming skills. That’s why companies ask for years of experience. Because they can. They will find someone willing to take a junior position even though they’re not actually a junior. And juniors are willing to take almost anything—even minimum wage—just to get that experience. And you say, “Either you and I are living in completely different worlds, or you haven’t looked at junior developer job postings in a long time.” But the thing is: you haven’t even gotten a job interview. You said, “My applications go straight into the trash.” You’re missing this part. The fact that something isn’t in the job description doesn’t mean it doesn’t count. The problem is that you’re looking at jobs that ask for experience. You can throw your degree in the trash if you already have experience, but if you don’t, then it’s a completely different matter."
