A productized consulting service that converts passive Tableau dashboards into role-specific, account-level action workflows inside the CRM?.

Enterprise data teams often fulfill requests for more dashboards without defining the decisions or actions those dashboards should support. Business users with limited data literacy struggle to navigate numerous filters, interpret detailed findings, and connect an insight to the relevant customer account or operational task. This leaves chief data officers operating as dashboard order takers while valuable analysis remains disconnected from frontline work.
Offer a fixed-scope dashboard actionability audit followed by implementation of one redesigned decision workflow. The engagement identifies a high-value dashboard, maps its metrics to specific roles and decisions, configures concise Tableau explanations and drill-downs, and surfaces account-level findings in the CRM? with an explicit owner and next action. Delivery begins as expert consulting and can later be standardized into repeatable templates for common revenue, retention, and customer-health workflows.
Tableau is adding conversational summaries, dashboard overviews, and detailed insight explanations, making complex analysis more accessible. Enterprises now need implementation expertise to connect those capabilities to governed data models and operational CRM? processes rather than producing another standalone dashboard.

Can you give us some dashboards? We just want dashboards. And if the CDO doesn't have the right brief, you know, the CDO becomes an order taker and the business says we want dashboards, so they go and deliver dashboards. And what is a dashboard? A dashboard in typical – your standard dashboard out of central casting is a set of averages on a Tableau screen within a set of filters. And a good dashboard, so I can look at my conversion rate and then, look, I've got filters where I can look at it by channel and device and browser and customer segment and time of day and geography and blah, blah. And if you then add up all the possible slicing dimensions, you've got, you know, millions if not billions of ways of slicing an average.
So this will help you do that in a safe environment, meaning that, you know, you can learn at your own pace. It talks about data literacy, data modeling, and reports, and how that fits in with your reports and dashboards. Tableau Next uses a lot of AI as far as concierge and being able to integrate agent force into the semantic model. So if you're interested in that, go ahead and take a look at this. Sorry for the type down here. I'll make sure I get that fixed next time around. And then more trails for Tableau. This is more Tableau classic, where it talks about Tableau prep and understanding how you can explore insights and monitor KPIs, key performance indicators that way.
As I go to the other views as well, I get more information. And actually where there's further detail to glean, I actually get additional insights as well. So I can click into that. And that will take me beyond kind of the surface level summary and actually the detail. And the reason I'm showing this is that detail level is really what takes a value from a dashboard at this enterprise level with Tableau cloud where you can access it outside of Salesforce or within it to something that we should probably bring into the CRM. Because when we have level of detail like this and we're going down to specific account names, that's where we can really start the action on the insights we see.
