A clinician-led remote service that identifies conflicting skincare products, flags conditions that may not be acne, and manages a simplified treatment plan.
Added Aug 18, 2026
People with persistent redness, pustules, clogged pores, and sensitive skin often cycle through products for months or years without understanding whether they have acne, irritation, rosacea, or overlapping conditions. General dermatology visits can leave limited time to examine the patient's complete product history, while informal online advice encourages further experimentation that may worsen symptoms.
Offer a focused remote assessment conducted by a licensed dermatology clinician, including standardized photographs, symptom history, and reconciliation of every skincare product and medication. The patient receives a simplified routine, documented stop-and-start instructions, escalation criteria, and follow-up reviews at two and six weeks. Cases requiring examination, testing, or procedures are referred to local dermatologists rather than managed beyond the service's clinical scope.
The signals show repeated product experimentation, treatment fatigue, diagnostic uncertainty, and demand for individualized guidance. Remote photo intake and video consultations make a narrowly focused clinic practical without opening a full dermatology office.

So I have these little dots on my face and I'm wondering how to get rid of them. Does anyone have any product or routine recs to get rid of them-? I'm currently using oxy acne wash (aha + tea tree) and it's helped clear up my pimples but not these little spots ;-; Idk I get really pissed off at myself when I see them which is why iw to get rid of them 😔😔😔 Also it would be nice to know what they are, thank you! ❤️❤️
Pics included!! I noticed I have a lot of bumps around my cheeks? If I pop them a sort of white stuff comes out (gross, I know, sorry!) and I have no idea what it is or how I can fix them? And there’s a lot of bumps on my nose too :( I'm 23 and really bad with skincare and I feel so embarrassed. All I use right now is Cerave foaming facial and vanicream daily moisturizer. I feel like my skin is fine...? It usually looks kinda dull and I feel like a lot of moisturizers are way too greasy. I use whatever's at Walmart that sounds fine enough, I can't really afford expensive stuff and get kinda overwhelmed with everyone else's 12 step skincare routine haha. Does anyone have any advice? I'm more than willing to learn about routines!! So sorry if this post sounds dumb!!!
After dealing with acne through my teenage years into my early twenties, trying different topicals and creams to little success, I went to a private dermatologists (UK) and was prescribed Accutane. My course ran from August 2024 to June 2025, so not too long. As I struggled with rosacea throughout treatment, I waited a few months for the redness to fade before putting together a new routine. I’m a student, so I looked for products on the cheaper side and they are quite thrifty! But they’ve really helped to brighten and enliven my skin over the last 6 months. AM: Superdrug B. Instant Foaming Cleanser Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser PM: Superdrug B. Instant Foaming Cleanser Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser Simple Smoothing Facial Scrub (2x a week) The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (2x a week) Pretty basic.
My skin has never been a bother to me before but recently I’m seeing tiny little bumps appear on my face. Whilst I know “in real life” skin isn’t flawless, I’m wondering if this is more than just the texture of my skin as it hasn’t always been like this. I eat fairly healthily, I very rarely wear makeup, I have an active job and an active dog to walk daily, I don’t drink or smoke but I do vape. I will admit, I do very little by the way of skin care but in a world of so many products, I wouldn’t know where to start. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for products?
25f i dont know what these bumps are on my head i just noticed them like 2 days ago and i didn't have them before. i don't know if they're just closed comedones, irritation, or fungal acne?? they're not itchy and do not hurt in the slightest. on tuesday of this week i did the Qure micro-infusion system using their rejuvenating serum. only using hyaluronic acid to moisturize for like 2 days. thEN i tried a new face wash, serum, & moisturizer on like thursday night along with a hyaluronic acid toner pad as a mask (listed below). which i thought i could've irritated my skin using the new stuff but i was looking at my pictures before the new products and it looked like my skin was already forming this texture. anyways, i stopped using the new products and went back to my old routine before this THING showed up on my forehead and that's what i've been doing for the past like 2 days. tiktok is so confusing everyones like comedones, no it's fungal acne, no you have "subuji" skin from damaged skin barrier; I DON'T KNOW! i'm probably going to make an appointment with a dermatologist in a week if I can't resolve this on my own but I figured i'd ask reddit first. **usual am routine:** \- Cetaphil Pro Oil Removing Foam Face Wash \- Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid & Ceramides for Sensitive Skin \- medicube No Cast Just Glow Collagen Sunscreen **usual pm routine:** \- Cetaphil Pro Oil Removing Foam Face Wash \- Vanicream Daily Facial Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid & Ceramides for Sensitive Skin **new pm routine i tried before switching back to my old one:** \- BRING GREEN Tea Tree Cica Deep Cleansing Foam \- DearKlairs EGF Serum - Blue Youth Activating Drop \- MEDIHEAL Hyaluronate Hydration Toner Pads for Hydration \- BRING GREEN Tea Tree Cica Soothing Cream
