Review of StarNote: Handwritten Notes Very nice app for handwritten notes and annotating PDFs. Pro account for a very reasonable one time cost instead of subscription. Google drive backup & import works well, but it would be nice to have automatic 2-way sync option for using the app on multiple devices. A few other feature suggestions: Enable import of .txt & .md files. Enable showing folders as well as notes on home screen.

Review of Microsoft OneNote: Save Notes Update 8/31/26: Cannot log in on Android. It's a widespread issue. Key bugs. First, it sometimes erases what I wrote. I always go back to check that my work was saved. Second, the short timeout for password protected notes to lock, activates even while I'm writing. Third, frequent page conflicts for no reason, as I only use on one device. Those also CANNOT be resolved on Android, forcing me to use the PC version.
