Own industrialization end-to-end for PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and tactile sensing components, from supplier selection through process development, qualification, launch, and ramp Engage with electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineering from the design phase: drive DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, influence component selection, stack-ups, panelization, and test strategy early enough to actually change the design, not just react to it

Lead the supplier industrialization process from design through production ramp-up, including soft tooling to hard tooling transitions. Drive the APQP process and support PPAP through start of production, including dimensional, material, appearance, and performance validation.

● Production and Assembly Support: Assist with robot assembly, sub-system integration, and quality checks during production runs, ensuring builds meet engineering specifications. ● Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Create, update, and refine work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and deployment checklists based on field learnings and evolving best practices.
